The waste liquid and exhaust gas incineration equipment generally consists of a waste liquid storage and transportation system, auxiliary fuel system, gas supply system, waste liquid burner, combustion chamber, 98 energy recovery system, flue gas treatment system, and monitoring system. According to the characteristics of the furnace body, common waste liquid and waste gas incineration equipment includes liquid jet incineration equipment, rotary kiln incineration equipment, and fluidized bed incineration equipment. Liquid incineration equipment is an incineration device that can burn liquids. These liquids that need to be incinerated are generally organic hazardous waste liquids. Through the controllable high-temperature chemical reaction process in the combustion chamber of the incineration equipment, the molecular structure of various harmful substances is destroyed.
There are also many research institutions and enterprises specialized in the basic research and industrial application of waste incineration equipment in China, mainly concentrated in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, and pesticide industries.
These incineration devices are mainly jet furnaces and fluidized beds, with relatively small capacities, mainly relying on fuel or coal combustion. Many incineration equipment is equipped with waste heat boilers. When burning high salt waste liquid, the heated area is severely dusty, which affects the normal operation of the incineration equipment. The cost of waste liquid treatment is basically between 150-200 yuan/ton. Fluidized bed incineration equipment and grate boilers use coal as auxiliary fuel. The cost of waste liquid treatment is about 50 yuan/ton. The operating cost of fluidized bed incineration equipment is low, but the initial investment is greater than that of jet furnaces. If waste oil is used as auxiliary fuel, it will greatly reduce operating costs and achieve the goal of waste treatment.
When the capacity of the waste liquid and exhaust gas incineration device is too small, the operating parameters such as the residence time and turbulence mixing intensity of the flue gas inside the incineration device are generally lower than those of large incineration device equipment, which increases the possibility of harmful incomplete combustion products. Currently, there are many small and medium-sized enterprises in China. From a policy perspective, large enterprises can build their own incineration equipment. Small businesses are more suitable for centralized disposal through industry associations, governments, or companies setting up commercial incineration equipment. That is to say, only when the amount of waste liquid exceeds a certain scale can they build their own incineration equipment.
