Analyze which parameters in welded aluminum finned tubes have an impact on heat dissipation.
1. Contact thermal resistance. If the thermal resistance is not good, the impact on heat dissipation can reach 20%.
2. Fin height. When the height of the fins increases, the heat dissipation area will increase, thereby increasing the heat dissipation. However, this should not be a blind increase, but also a reasonable size.
3. Fin spacing. Reducing the spacing between fins will increase heat dissipation, but the smaller the spacing between fins, the better. A too small fin spacing will have a negative impact. Two tubes 3-4mm, four tubes 4-5mm, and six tubes 5-6mm.
4. Fin tube diameter. An increase in the diameter of the finned tube leads to an increase in heat dissipation, but there are also some drawbacks. If the fin height is relatively small and the fin spacing is relatively small, then the pipe diameter also needs to consider rationality.
5. Number of fins. Increasing the number of fins can also increase heat dissipation, but it will increase costs, so it is not very economical from an economic perspective.
